Edible Cookie Dough

Here is a quick and very easy recipe for edible cookie dough. It does not require any baking or raw eggs so ideal to make with children or grandchildren. You can have fun experimenting with your own added ingredients to tweak the flavour! Let us know which ones you try and like!

Ingredients:

  • 100gr Butter, soften to room temperature
  • 175gr Soft Brown Sugar
  • 2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 140gr Plain Flour
  • 2tbsp Full Fat Milk
  •   


    Method:

    Beat the butter and the brown sugar together; preferably in a mixer.
    Add the vanilla extract and the flour, continue to mix until the dough has a breadcrumb like consistancy.
    Keep mixing whilst you add the milk and “flavour” of your choice.

    Flavour Options:

  • Peanut Heaven: 1 tbsp Peanut Butter and handful of peanut M & Ms
  • Apple and Cinnamon: Add some chunks of dried apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar
  • Rocky Road: 1 tbsp Nutella, 2 crumbled digestive biscuits and some mini marshmallows
