Steve Wilson	Steve has over 25 years experience in the hospitality and events industry. He set the company up in 1999, initially looking after the accommodation needs of clients in the Cambridge area. The company has grown over the years, we now have over 650 clients based throughout the UK.

Jane Frost	Jane has a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Studies as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing. She joined HotelRes in 2002 having previously worked for Expotel and Corporate Reservations Service. Jane is responsible for marketing, operations and the everyday running of the office.

Rachel Barfield	Rachel joined the team in 2007 and not only looks after our existing clients but is constantly introducing new companies to HotelRes's unique and professional services. Rachel has worked in the hotel industry for over 15 years, starting her working life at the Hilton Heathrow, then joining an agency as a Conference Consultant, before moving into account management and sales 10 years ago.

Caroline Crossley	Caroline has worked for HotelRes for over 6 years (with a short gap) and now works primarily with the conference team, but oversees and supports the reservations team. She is one of our most knowledgeable members of staff, spending a considerable amount of her free time visiting hotels and venues around the country. Caroline co-ordinates our appointments and is responsible for ensuring we keep up to date with the latest venue news.
