What HotelRes Supply to You or Your Organisation

1. HotelRes Limited owns these Web sites and owns (or licenses) the copyright and all other related rights in all the wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, text, software, and other content on this site ('Content'), and all HTML, CGI, and other code and scripts in any format used to implement this site ('Code').
2. You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, or otherwise distribute any Code or Content from these sites except as expressly permitted by this agreement and the rules and the instructions for pertaining to each section of these sites.
3. You may not modify or use the Content or Code on these sites for any purposes other than those permitted, and doing so will violate our copyright and other proprietary rights.
4. What You or Your Organisation Supply Us

3. If for any reason any rights in any Submissions are not assigned, you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up license to use the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever. You also hereby give your consent to use your name in connection with your Submissions, or for promotional purposes.

The Legal Bit

1. The content, code, access, and other features of this site are provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. You use the content, code, access, and other features of this site at your own risk.
3. HotelRes Limited does not warrant that any such features will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free fashion, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components.
4. In no event will HotelRes Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits and cost of procurement of substitute products, arising out of your use or inability to use any content or features, or your failure to access or Click-Through access any content or features, even if HotelRes Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. HotelRes Limited shall have no liability for any claims brought by the owners of content or sites accessed through Click-Through access based on your inappropriate or not permitted access of such content or sites.
6. You hereby agree to indemnify HotelRes Limited for such claims if brought against HotelRes Limited if you knowingly used this site for such inappropriate or not permitted access.
7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
8. We trust that you will use the resources and facilities within these sites to order goods and services and that you will find them helpful and convenient.
9. All goods and services, which are available through this site, are offered and supplied by third parties, whose names are available from the site before orders are placed, and not by HotelRes Limited.
10. HotelRes Limited has no responsibility for satisfying those orders or any liability in relation to them or to the goods and services to which they relate.
