Special Events and Groups

This department can help you with:

• Groups of ten or more booked at specially negotiated rates
• Accommodation for those attending UK exhibitions and events
• A delegate/guest accommodation service for event organisers

As event organisers this service enables you to reserve a number of rooms and then either provide us with a rooming list at a later date or, alternatively, the individual event attendees can contact us.

If you are organising an event or training course, you are able to offer your guests an enhanced delegate package, without spending extra time or money administering the service yourself. The team can put together a bespoke booking form for the event with a selection of suitable hotels. This can then be distributed with invitations, electronically by posting it on the web or with joining instructions, so that the delegates deal directly with HotelRes.
