HotelRes manages one of Cambridge's most versatile venues, the Cambridge Rugby Union Football Club, located just 1 mile from Cambridge city centre and junction 12 of the M11.

Whether it is for a sporting event, special occasion or for business, Cambridge Rugby Club has the venue, facilities and staff to make the event a successful one.

We have a conference and presentation room for functions overlooking the 6 pitches, which can accommodate up to 150 people for a sit down formal meal and upto 220 for conference or theatre set and buffets. With a solid wood floor and air-conditioning it is ideal for parties and dinner dances. The room has its own bar and kitchen facilities and is fully accessible.

The Club's caterer (Cantab Catering Ltd) can cater for any event from sandwiches to wedding breakfasts and has an excellent reputation. The club is fully licenced.

Down on the ground floor we have the club room with a long bar and kitchen facilities, the V.P's room with a bar, changing rooms and a physiotherapy room.
